Jim has the experience and know-how to bring your dispute from claim to resolution.  He is known for his forthright manner and ability to pinpoint the issues to find the right solutions for you.  With more than 40 years of experience, Jim maintains a keen enthusiasm for resolving challenging legal issues and advocating for his clients. 

Jim has a long and established general practice and regularly appears before all levels of court in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. Jim represents a broad range of clients, from individuals to small and medium sized businesses, some of whom have sought out his advice for several generations.
